And on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, Shilpa Shetty shared this news with her fans on Instagram. The actress named her baby girl, Samisha Shetty Kundra. Now, in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Shilpa Shetty has made a startling revelation. She has revealed that they were trying for 2nd child for 5 years. “We had been trying for a second child for five years. I had signed Nikamma and had committed my dates to Hungama when I got the news that in February, we were going to be parents again. We cleared our work schedules for the whole month,” she said.
Shilpa further thanked her manager and fabulous team for helping her out. “They helped me complete most of my work before I took the long break in February,” she added. The Nikamma star mentioned that she decided the name of her baby girl when she was 21. “I came up with it when I was 21. I had always prayed for a daughter,” she revealed.
We extend our warm wishes to the actress as she embraces motherhood again. On the work front, she will be seen in Nikamma with Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia.
